By using the Bot in your Discord server, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you must remove the Bot from your server or leave servers where the Bot is present.
Information We Collect
CyberShield collects the following types of information:
Server-Based Information:
Server names and Discord Server IDs
Member counts
Other public information found on Discord or within protected servers
Messages and Message Content:
Message content within the servers we serve (utilized for filters and security logs)
Direct Messages (DMs) sent directly to the Bot
Message IDs and their content
User Input and Interactions:
Usernames and User IDs
Command usages and button interactions (e.g., verification button attempts)
Data entered by users into forms, modals, commands, and interactions with the Bot
Email addresses (collected voluntarily if you interact with email verification systems set up by a server)
Web Verification Data: Data collected during web-based verification, including your country of origin, verification status, the time taken to complete the process, and generated confidence scores
Bot Mitigation: Interactions with security challenges, such as typing tests and Turnstile, used to verify human identity
This data is collected to facilitate the core functionality of the Bot, such as securing servers, issuing moderations, processing verifications, and improving the overall user experience.
How We Use Your Data
The data collected is used strictly for the operation, development, and security of the CyberShield Bot. This includes:
Issuing moderations, assigning roles, and actively monitoring the security of our protected servers.
Processing web and email verifications, utilizing completion metrics and security challenges to prevent automated bot accounts from compromising servers.
Tracking metrics regarding growth, usage, and the overall security of our network.
Providing direct support to members via DMs.
Sharing specific server logs with protected server owners and admins to maintain communication, trust, and server security.
Allowing Invomagic management to better develop and manage CyberShield.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
We retain all collected data only for as long as necessary to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Bot’s functionality.
How to Stop Data Collection
To cease the collection of your data, the following actions must be taken:
Server Owners & Admins: You must remove (kick) the Bot from your server.
Users: You must leave all protected servers where the Bot is active and cease interacting with the Bot via DMs, commands, or web verification portals.
Once the Bot is removed from the server, data collection for that server will stop, but previously collected data will not automatically be deleted.
Third-Party Services
CyberShield utilizes third-party services, such as Discord and Cloudflare Turnstile, to operate and secure our infrastructure. These services have their own Privacy Policies and Terms of Service. Invomagic is not responsible for the data collection practices or security measures of these third-party platforms.
Security
We take appropriate security measures to protect the collected data. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of the data, as no method of data transmission over the internet is entirely secure.

Please note that your use of CyberShield is also governed by our Terms of Service. For information regarding our limitation of liability, warranties, and acceptable use, please refer to our Terms of Service document.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Invomagic reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to this document, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
